Probably one of my favorite pieces, this is made with sea glass that I’ve collected from all over the world. Beaches in Florida, Malibu Ca., Green Turtle Cay Bahamas, and Qingdao China! Each piece is loving collected and each work of art helps keep man made debris out of the ocean. The most wonderful part about Sea Glass is the way the ocean is able to take something so violent as a smashed glass bottle and turn into something so smooth and beautiful. Sea Glass and water lily/lotus go hand in hand in that the lotus is revered because it is this pure and beautiful thing that often comes from the murkiest of waters.
This piece is a perfect reminder that sometimes the bad times just helps us to grow and transform into something fantastical.
